Clashindarroch is an 18 turbine onshore wind farm in Aberdeenshire.
Supporting the Community
Since the wind farm started operating, more than £2 million in funding has gone to local groups across Huntly, Cabrach, Strathogie and Tap O'Noth.
Town Centre Improvements
Today, a cinema, working hub and cafe are open at No.30 in Huntly Town Square, with support from the wind farm.
Huntly Sports Trust

Tackling Isolation
Networks of Wellbeing has worked with over 413 local people in the last year, who faced social isolation, mental health challenges and those who were suffering poor wellbeing.
Rural Regeneration
The Cabrach Trust has received over £250,000 for from Clashindarroch Wind to seven projects as part of their ambitious plans for the community.
The Bikery
The Bikery is a social enterprise in the heart of Huntly which has been fully renovated with support from the fund.

Any group or organisation in Huntly, Strathbogie, Cabrath and Tap O'Noth can apply to Clashindarroch Wind Farm Fund.
The fund is run by Foundation Scotland on behalf of Vattenfall.
