Vattenfall receives Platinum for its sustainability performance again

For the fourth time, Vattenfall’s sustainability performance receives Platinum, the highest rating from EcoVadis, one of the largest and most trusted providers of sustainability assessments. With a score of 85 out of 100, Vattenfall remains in the top 1 percent of all companies assessed by EcoVadis in the electricity, gas & steam category.

The top rating from EcoVadis strengthens Vattenfall’s position as one of the most sustainability-oriented companies in the energy sector being ranked the top 1 percent among 100,000 companies. 

“To be recognized by EcoVadis as a Platinum industry leader for the fourth time, confirms our commitment to sustainability being the business. And with this year’s even stricter requirements, it is the result of all our employees’ hard work, perseverance, and the continuous improvements we drive. I want to send a big thank you to everyone involved securing our Platinum status”, says Annika Ramsköld, Head of Sustainability at Vattenfall.
