Vattenfall to redeem hybrid bonds

Vattenfall will on 19 March and 29 March 2022 redeem two outstanding hybrid bonds originally issued in 2015

Vattenfall has today given notice that two outstanding SEK denominated hybrid bonds (ISIN number XS1205627547 and XS1205625251), originally issued on 19 March 2015, will be redeemed in accordance with their terms on 19 March 2022 and 29 March 2022 respectively. The bonds to be redeemed have been replaced by three new hybrid bonds issued in the first half of 2021.
