Markus Friberg new Director Media Relations and Editorial for Vattenfall in the Nordic
Markus Friberg has been appointed Director of Media Relations and Editorial Nordic, Corporate and EU in Vattenfall. Besides working with traditional media, he will also be responsible for the editorial work in Vattenfall’s channels and social media. Markus Friberg takes up his position on February 1, 2017.
Markus Friberg recently served as Head of Press for the Swedish Trade Federation and has previously worked for the Swedish Prime Minister as Press Secretary in 2011-2014, and before that at the Justice Department as Press Secretary to the Minister for Migration.
“I am delighted that Markus will start at Vattenfall. I am confident that he with his competence and experience from the political sphere will provide valuable insights for our communications work”, says Mikael Petrovic Wågmark, Vice President Media Relations and Editorial.
