Annika Ramsköld named one of Europe's top Chief Sustainability Officers

Vattenfall's Head of Sustainability Annika Ramsköld has qualified for the list of Europe's top 100 Chief Sustainability Officers. ‘This is gratifying and further proof of our important work for fossil freedom,’ she comments.

In fierce competition with Europe's other large companies, Vattenfall's Annika Ramsköld has qualified for the organisation Futur/io's list of top 100 Chief Sustainability Officers of Europe 2025

Future/io, one of the leading institutes in sustainability and leadership, has compiled the list based on a number of criteria. These include decreasing greenhouse gas emissions, biodiversity measures and water usage, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) measures.

Annika Ramsköld comments:

"It is a great honour to be recognised and nominated, something I share with all Vattenfall employees who put sustainability at the heart of everything we do. It is a testament to Vattenfall's commitment to driving sustainability forward and shows that our work for a fossil-free future is having an impact at the European level."
