Hilde Tonne leaves Vattenfall’s Board of Directors

Hilde Tonne has accepted the chairmanship of the Norwegian grid company Hafslund AS.

To avoid possible conflicts of interest she has announced that she now will leave the Board of Vattenfall. Hilde Tonne has been a member of Vattenfall’s Board of Directors since 2016.

Vattenfall discloses this information pursuant to the Swedish Securities Market Act.
