New Country Manager (CEO) for Vattenfall Oy in Finland

Country Manager, Hannu Kostiainen, will retire and Elina Kivioja has been appointed as new Country Manager (CEO) of Vattenfall Oy in Finland, effective July 1, 2016.

Elina Kivioja joined Vattenfall in 2012. Prior to that, she has held a wide range of leadership positions in other companies in consumer goods and services industries and has a MSc in Economics. She is currently Director Sales Channels within Business Unit Consumer Sales and initially she will combine the Country Manager assignment with her duties as Director within Consumer Sales.

”I want to thank Hannu who after 20 years within Vattenfall will retire. Hannu has executed his obligations in a dedicated way and has played an important role for the development of our Finnish business. He will be missed by many,” says Torbjörn Wahlborg, Head of Generation in Vattenfall.
