Vattenfall to redeem hybrid bonds

Vattenfall will on 29 June 2015 redeem all outstanding hybrid bonds originally issued in 2005.

Following its previously communicated intent Vattenfall has today given notice that all outstanding hybrid bonds (Capital Securities, ISIN number XS0223129445), originally issued on 29 June 2005, will be redeemed on 29 June 2015. The bonds to be redeemed have been replaced by new hybrid bonds issued on 19 March 2015.
