Environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings
We are assessed by several sustainability rating agencies on our ESG performance.
ESG ratings are becoming increasingly important to both our investors and our business customers. We want to be as open and transparent as possible in our sustainability reporting and we are proud to be highly ranked for our sustainability performance.
The table below shows the agencies we are actively working with and our latest ratings.

| ISS ESG | ESG rating mainly for the investment community. The assessment covers a range of ESG issues, analysed on the basis of up to 100 rating criteria, most of which are sector-specific. | B -, Prime. Prime status is granted to companies with an ESG performance in line with or above a defined industry-specific letter grade. | December 2025 |
| MSCI | ESG rating mainly for the investment community. Uses a rules-based methodology to identify industry leaders and laggards. Ranks companies according to their ESG risk exposure and how well they manage those risks relative to peers. | AA. Leader – a company leading its industry in managing the most significant sustainability risks and opportunities. | March 2026 |
| Sustainalytics | ESG rating mainly for the investment community. Uses a two-dimensional materiality framework that measures a company’s exposure to industry-specific material risks and how well a company is managing those risks. | ESG risk rating: Medium (Strong management score and high exposure). Top 50% of companies in subindustry. | July 2025 |
| World Benchmarking Alliance | Benchmark assessing 2,000 of the world’s most influential companies that ranks their contributions to a sustainable future for people and the planet. The ACT Core rate score reflects a company’s transition plan quality and its contribution to the low-carbon transition. |
